Terms of Use

Shinzo Works is proprietary internal software owned and operated by Shinzo Media. It is provided only for use by Shinzo Media staff and contractors who have been given an account, solely to conduct Shinzo Media's own business. It is not offered to the public and is not licensed for use by any other business or individual.

Accounts are created and removed at Shinzo Media's discretion. A user is responsible for keeping their own login credentials confidential and for activity under their account.

Shinzo Works may only be used to conduct legitimate Shinzo Media business. Users may not attempt to access data or functionality they have not been granted, interfere with the application's normal operation, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Where an administrator connects a third-party service — such as QuickBooks Online — that connection is used solely to support Shinzo Media's own operations, under the terms of that third party's own agreement with Shinzo Media. It can be disconnected by an administrator at any time.

Shinzo Works is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Shinzo Media makes reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the application changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
